For website owners, Videobot is a fantastic tool for increasing interaction, as well as for collecting leads and showcasing products and services.

Our current team is laser-focused on bringing the reach of Videobot to new customers, and we are now looking for a new employee to join us on our journey. We are looking for someone who can take care of our customers after the initial sales process is complete.
You will be working with customers to ensure they’re receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals. You need to have an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and are responsible for communicating common customer behaviors to the sales, marketing, and product teams.
Your daily work includes onboarding, assisting with the creation of new Videobots, answering customers’ questions, and working as an advocate for our company. You will act as the voice of the customer, which helps us in developing Videobot further.
We appreciate previous experience in positions related to managing customers, but it is not a strict requirement. If you are an individual with high ambitions and the ability to learn, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are ready to work with rapid tempo in a fast-paced environment, you are the person we are looking for!
As we have clients around the world, we expect you to be able to work during the evenings as well.
